How are Wellness Coaching sessions structured?

Wellness coaching sessions are completed over the phone, providing the ultimate comfort, convenience, and privacy. Prior to the first session clients are requested to complete a comprehensive well-being questionnaire, providing graphed scores on seven categories of wellness and well-being. The results are stored on personalized, secured web pages, created as part of the wellness coaching program.

The first coaching session includes a review of the questionnaire, development of a wellness vision, and three month goals. Subsequent sessions are conversations that include review and development of goals. The wellcoach uses a combination of goal-setting, strategies, education, advice, encouragement, motivation, and active listening to provide a environment for personal growth. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are suggested as greater success is obtained when coaching is experienced through a series of sessions. By the end of a typical coaching program, clients generally reach more than 70% of their goals plus feel energized and confident to embark in new areas with or without a wellcoach.
