One-on-One (Individual) Coaching
Basic Package: 6 sessions
- Initial 90 minute session focusing on goals for health and well-being.
- Review of comprehensive well-being assessment
- Assistance in creating wellness vision
- Development of three month goals
- Creating a plan for first steps toward improved wellness
- Subsequent 30 - 45 minute bi-weekly sessions.
- Access to personal, privacy protected web pages, for recording wellness vision, three month goals, and weekly actions.
- PLUS access to a variety of personal logs to record progress.
Enhanced Package: 12 sessions
- Initial 90 minute session focusing on goals for health and well-being.
- Review of comprehensive well-being assessment
- Assistance in creating wellness vision
- Development of three month goals
- Creating a plan for first steps toward improved wellness
- Subsequent 30 - 45 minute weekly sessions.
- Access to personal, privacy protected web pages, for recording wellness vision, three month goals, and weekly actions.
- PLUS access to a variety of daily logs to record progress.
- Complimentary 13th session to review an updated comprehensive well-being assessment completed within a week of session 12.

Continue to “Connect with your Coach”
- Available for clients after completing a Basic or Enhanced Packages.
- 30-45 minute coaching sessions offered weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- Continue to benefit from the accountability and advice of a Wellcoach.
